I’ve been training at Triple Four for almost three years, and I absolutely love it. The combination of fitness classes and small-group personal training is great and offers the best of both worlds.What I particularly enjoy about the small-group training sessions is that they provide a balance between independence and support. You have the freedom to work at your own pace without feeling like you’re constantly in the spotlight, while still benefiting from expert guidance, encouragement and accountability from the coaches.The coaches at Triple Four are great. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed, regardless of their fitness level. Their positive attitudes create a welcoming and motivating environment where you feel supported rather than judged.I also love the ethos of the gym. There’s a real focus on building sustainable habits, improving fitness, and helping people feel their best rather than chasing a quick fix. It’s an inclusive, encouraging community that makes exercise enjoyable and something I genuinely look forward to.I would highly recommend Triple Four to anyone looking for a supportive, friendly, and effective place to train.
