Let me just say I’m a sucker for amazing customer service.This place and the amazing staff has become family to me in just a few short months. The prices are unbelievable, customer service is great and no hassle. This amazing company took great care of me before a wreck during a wreck and also after. I don’t have much family in my area but when I tell you they are a ONE STOP SHOP for your car needs please come by I promise you they will not disappoint.No matter the issue they have your Back!

Staff was very friendly, a accommodating. We had to be at the train station in the morning on a holiday and they let us just leave the car at the station.

Enterprise? Hertz? If you live anywhere NEAR MINEOLA, TX and you need to rent a vehicle, FORGET ABOUT the big companies. If you have to drive 80 miles more to get to Mineola Car Rental, do it. You will save enough to compensate for the extra gas getting there. I have had a house fire this year that interrupted my already existing vehicle issues.. I just couldn't focus on fixing my work truck anymore. We rented 2 vehicles to get us through this nightmare and I have not missed a day of work (Im a very busy plumber). All this would have cost me DOUBLE anywhere else.. and the crap I have put these gals through? Thinking and saying I'd be returning a vehicle tomorrow only to keep it another week? Try that with a big company.Mineola Car Rental worked with me all the way and bent rules for me, and for that they get this 5 star review.

I needed a rental while my truck was in the shop and Kim was very helpful. They had someone meet me at the body shop, had everything ready to go and the entire experience was seamless. I was able to leave the car with the body shop and not have to worry about arranging meetups when I got my truck back. Perfect peace of mind the whole way through!
