After a deer ran out in front of me and damaged the front of my car, I took it to Mineola Paint and Body for repairs. They did an excellent job and restored my vehicle back to like-new condition. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.The staff kept me informed every step of the way, and the young lady in the office was especially helpful—she answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was happening with my car throughout the repair.I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Kim was fantastic!! Even though the train arrived 4 hours late, our car was waiting for us at the train station. We zipped around the area for the next entire day in the cute Sentra. I don't know how many miles we put on the car (a lot). I haven't driven that many hours and miles straight; and had as much fun doing it in forever. The rental price was great. The mileage allowed was great. Mineola Car Rental easily met our requirements. Mineola just may become our starting point for future adventures due to the ease of this experience.Thanks again, Kim. Mineola car rentals they are very down to earth people .they have some pretty nice vehicles they are affordable for me ,never knew they were affordable for me I hardly have seen my daughter in 3 years who lives out of town .my vehicle isn't running that good right now so my vehicle wouldn't make it to see my daughter and back home .thanks to mineola car rental for being affordable bcuz I can see my daughter a lot more now .I am a reoccurring customer and Kim who is over the rental dept she's such a amazing lady she gives me a lil discount since I'm a reoccurring customer .thank you very much Kim for your awesome service and if it weren't for y'all I still wouldn't be able to get to see my daughter much .God bless

We were very impressed with the efficiency and service from Mineola car rentals. We left with a full tank of gas and a very clean car and the car was in great running condition. Filling out the paperwork was fast and efficient and we will definitely use Mineola car rentals again.
