Vehicles are very clean and well taken care of. Kim , a lady who works there actually gave me her business card with personal number on it ,putting me at ease , at any time I had a question , problem whatsoever on my trip to not hesitate to call her . This company has a good variety of vehicles to choose from , we’ve rented soo many and never once had a bad experience . Rates are super reasonable as well.I’m not the type to leave reviews however I felt I would be doing other fellow car renters an injustice had I not .Try this RemtalCompany ,ask for Kim , she’s top notch and has me out of there within 15 minutes .Btw… this company has car sales as well as paint and body work. The people I dealt with at Mineola Car Rental rentals were top notch. It reminded me of my childhood back in the 1970’s when my father went to rent a car. He also used a local one from our hometown and I remember they went out of their way to make it a smooth experience for my dad and our family. I remember they had candy bars in a bowl and I remember getting a Baby Ruth and being very, very happy. I didn’t get a Baby Ruth today but what I got was excellent custom service and fair pricing. I’ve rented from larger rental companies. They are cold and unbending as far as the rental process. Mineola Car Rental is just what you need. A clean dependable car and superior customer care. Great experience! We had the bad luck of car trouble right before a big holiday weekend and the ladies at Mineola Car Rentals found us a car and took care of us without a hesitation. The car worked flawlessly and the return was simple. They were very accommodating with our moving return date and so much more personable then the big rental companies.
