I’ve been a member of this mixed martial arts club for a while now, attending family classes with my two sons as well as adult classes during the week, and we absolutely love it. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with no egos — just supportive, friendly people and excellent instructors who genuinely care about helping everyone improve.The classes are always fun, challenging, and a fantastic workout. It’s been great for fitness, confidence, and learning practical self-defence skills in a positive environment. I would highly recommend this club to anyone looking to get fit, build confidence, and enjoy training alongside a great community.

I have been attending for just over a year now and started with the Ladies only class which then helped build my confidence to try the range of other classes available. There is a variety of classes on offer to suit everyone. They run both children and adult classes as well as different levels. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and make the classes fun and engaging.

The confidence I've built since joining Empower is insane. The work I put into my health is motivated by improving my practice in classes and I've never been so consistent in the gym since starting here. The community is lovely too, it's such a good space to make friends and find like minded people. If you want to do something for yourself that will genuinely improve all areas of your life, this is it.

Highly recommend this fantastic and friendly place. Been training here for a few years now and great instructors, great team and such a supportive environment. I don't do 'gyms' and this is the longest I've stuck at any form of fitness classes. Huge range of different classes and styles of martial arts so you can have a go at all sorts. Often have great guest instructors too, different events etc and a lively social and family environment, really friendly bunch who pushes you to work hard but in a fun way! They adapt really well for all abilities and help you work around injuries/ limitations if needed. They offer regular beginners classes and many free trials too so well worth a go! We've got such a lovely supportive bunch of people, ladies, gents and kids of all ages and abilities. Love it!!

As parents, we're really pleased to have discovered Empower. Dan and the team are absolutely great! Our son loves his sessions, looks forward to them each week and is making decent progress thanks to their coaching. Highly recommend!

Dan runs an excellent Martial Arts & Fitness centre perfect for kids to go and learn great life skills and excercise. The sessions strike the right balance between teaching the kids the skills and having some fun. Strong reccomend.
