I have lost 7 kilos and a total of 50.5cms, dropped a dress size and lost the middle age spread. I do a lot of swimming and these results can be seen and felt in the pool and ocean. Or in my case encouraging me to stop before I hurt myself. lol All jokes aside, Mark is an extremly professional, highly knowlegable, very efficient and ridiculously patient Personal Trainer with qualifications that only 2-3 other people have in Australia!! This makes me feel privileged to receive my thrice weekly whippings from Mark and god only knows why he continues to put up with me. Possibly because he has such a stiff upper lip ;) Definetly not a chav either...but close;) If you are serious about improving your health & fitness, are ready to stop accepting the excuses you make for yourself and can keep telling yourself that struggle makes you strong; then Mark is the trainer for you. Even if none of this is true for you yet, then Mark is the trainer for you. Because he will show you a path forward if you are at least willing to try. Because Mark is not only a great and powerful trainer but a lovely, open hearted person who won't ever quit on you. It's just not in his nature. So stop doubting yourself and get going. Being 50+ myself !! it felt a little awkward at first having a PT that was only in his 20's (mainly because i felt bad for him having to cope with this old women š¤£ versus the young ones i'm sure he would be used to training). However, Mark is completely professional and knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and always on hand if you have any questions. Having a permanent shoulder injury means that there are many upper body exercises that i'm unable to do š„ but Mark goes out of his way to suggest an alternative that works that muscle group without causing pain, and leaves me feeling good about myself knowing that i'm still able to train. He makes you laugh whilst still ensuring you're getting the most out of your training session, and i am beyond thankful for having him there each week as i strive towards my own fitness goals. Less

I participated in the HIIT class for the first time 6:30 last Thursday night with Mark. unfortunately no-one else showed up so it wa just me in the class. I can not recommend this class enough! I participated in the HIIT class for the first time 6:30 last Thursday night with Mark. unfortunately no-one else showed up so it wa just me in the class. I can not recommend this class enough! I have some physical limitations and Mark catered to them for the workout. It was never boring and fast paced which is what I love in a class and Mark is really good at keeping you motivated. I hope to see more people there this Thursday. Less
