The technicians ,Reuben and Nate, were very professional, and exceptional in the process . They wore foot booties in the home, put corner guards where they had hoses and finished one area at a time. Reuben took pics during the process and reviewed them with me during the process. Very pleased that we chose to go with Sanitair. Also the office manager,Veronica, was Great!!

We love working with Ruben and Sanitair. They are always prompt and show up when they say they will. Ruben provided photos of our duct system and explained everything he was going to do. Technician Victor did an amazingly thorough duct cleaning in our 70 year old home. He shared before and after pictures of the levels of dust and hair collected over the years and it was more than unsettling to see evidence of our neglect. Victor spent several hours on our project. The whole process was easy, quick, and efficient. The online appointment system was helpful and the response was quick. Josh and Reuben came to my home within a few days of contacting the company and had clear communication from the start. After making assessments to our furnace, they provided me with photos and suggested maintenance but were never pushy about any particular service. They were quick and efficient while inside the home and the pricing was more fair than other companies we contacted. I would highly recommend the company for AC and furnace repairs/maintenance.

They did a wonderful job and were incredibly informative! Our house’s vents never have been cleaned (built in the 1950s) so it was an eye opening experience seeing how disgustingly dirty they were. I had a lot of questions and the technician was very patient and explained everything thoroughly! They showed me the steps along the way and gave recommendations based on what they saw. When we need our vents cleaned again, I’ll definitely be using Sanitair again.

Fantastic job! The team was punctual and professional. I had lots of questions and Josh did a great job explaining things to me. He was also able to identify a couple separate issues with my HVAC system and recommended some fixes, which I greatly appreciated.
