I was in a very difficult situation and I called more than 12 lawyers, advisors, banks, etc. and only Michelle was able to help me find a solution to my complicated house mortgage problem. She was very understanding, patient, and called me on multiple occasions even when I missed her calls. She even followed up the next day to see how I was doing and if I found a solution.
