Hi All,Ready for my story?!What an experience it was with Cerroni, firstly the suit fittings were amazing, a great vibe, the location itself in Parra is a nice spot, feels really private and the focus is just on myself and my groomsmen, the boys really know what they are doing, they also went to my father and father in laws home free of charge to do a fitting there.Myself and the groomsmen all got the suits in time, but what happened next was a shock, my father and father in laws suit were unfortunately due to no fault of Cerronis, but DHL, they were sent to Singapore instead of Australia.The suits were then scheduled to potentially arrive 19th-20th of December, my wedding is on the 20th of December..Two days before my actual wedding day on the 20th of Dec, Daksh and his team leapt into action, he bought two of his suits at the store, and went to my father's house, to do another fitting, then sent the suits to the tailor at night, they were ready by the morning, and he had them express delivered to their house at 7:30am, and both were able to attend my ceremony with new tailored suits.From there there actual initial suits had finally arrived, and Daksh got both suits express delivered straight from the DHL / airport to the ceremony, and therefore my fathers were able to wear their matching tailored tuxes to my reception at 6:30pm.Just have no words for the level of service, that Daksh went through to make sure the day was not ruined for my fathers, having DHL mess up a delivery was completely out of his control, and he could easily have just left it at that, but no he took control and made the best of what he could, and what a success it was.So if you are looking for a tailor, a tux, suit for your special day, I can't recommend Cerroni enough.Thanks,Kev
