Contacted 41 roofing on February 5, talked to Brandi regarding needing roof repair done on my roof, had a situation where I had 45 to 50 shingles that needed to be replaced before my new home insurance did their inspection within 48 hours. Brandi customer service was exceptional. Wrote up a agreement contract within two hours and 41 roofing showed up the next day to replace damaged shingles and was completed by that afternoon. Inspectors (bees360) showed up next day and gave my roof a good roof condition assessment. Less

My father is law was recommended this company by my wife who has known the owner a long time. When 6 mo. went by and my FIL was still waiting on her to complete the job, my wife reached out to her. Instead of her EVER finishing the job and doing the senior client right, she blocks anyone who says anything she doesnt like. My FIL is STILL waiting for the Job to be completed. Still waiting on his INS money and on top of that she TOOK his own personal materials that she STILL owes him for. She has been completely unprofessional and ridiculous through the entire thing. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, I called several roofing companies and got pretty much nothing. I called Paramount and explained I had a leak and I needed some help. Honestly, when I called Paramount, I was so frustrated already because I hadn't had any luck with getting someone to come out. I spoke to Brandi, and she right away took my information, scheduled a time, and started the ball rolling. She came out, took pictures of everything, explained everything, and gave us a quote, which was very reasonable. Her and her crew did an amazing job. Brandi and her whole crew did an incredible job patching our roof and fixing the ceiling in the kitchen that was affected by the leak.
