I lost Pancho at 16 years on April 6th and I was so worried and anxious about where we would take him to get cremated. I looked around for somewhere that would treat him with the same love and respect we had given him and wasnt able to find somewhere that set me at ease until I came across aquamation at Eternal Waters.From the first time I talked to Lilia I felt so much compassion and care that even though they are 2.5 hours away from us we knew that they were worth the drive.When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Lilia, a calm atmosphere, and a private and comforting space for us to sit with Pancho and visit and remember him. We were never rushed and given so much compassion during this time. Being able to sit with him in peace and say our final farewells made going through the difficult process of losing our beloved dog easier.Even as we were getting ready to leave him, which was so incredibly hard, Lilia reassured me that she talks to the animals in her care and said that he could keep his blanket with him. Before leaving I asked her if she could scratch his head on his favorite spot and when we went to pick him up Lilia mentioned that she made sure he got his final head scratches. This underlined how compassionate and personalized the experience is at Eternal Waters and that Pancho was in good and loving hands.The keepsakes are also so beautiful and thoughtful. I will treasure them forever.I will also be forever grateful for Lilia and her husband. They made this incredibly painful and overwhelming transition feel a little bit easier.

Lilia is absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions and it’s obvious how much care and sacredness they bring to this work. I was thrilled to learn that water cremations are an option for our pets here in central Texas and to see how amazing the people who are doing the work are only solidified my confidence in having them care for my loves. 🐾

I recently had my snake cremated here, and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the care and compassion I received. From the moment I arrived, the owners treated me with so much kindness, respect, and understanding during such a difficult time. They handled my snake with incredible care, and it was clear they genuinely value and honor every pet that comes through their doors. What stood out to me the most was the private space they provide for you to spend a few final moments with your pet. They were also very fair and transparent throughout the entire process, which I deeply appreciated. You can truly tell that they do this not just as a service, but from a place of real compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet. Thank you for treating my snake with such dignity and for showing me so much kindness.💗

Don’t even bother with any competitors. Lilia is amazing! Eternal Waters Aquamation took such good care of us and our dog, Jake who was a huge part of our lives! He was my wife’s dog before we met and he was there, playing and watching over our children since they were little and tiny. We loved him sooo much and we are so thankful we found Eternal Waters to take care of him after death.

They were incredibly friendly and helped us through the process. Compared to most crematoriums they're well priced and aquamation is a better process anyways. Gave multiple keepsakes of our lost pet and were empathetic the whole time.
