I’m so thankful this institution is right here in my home state of Washington. The treatment therapy I received is PRP for a large rotator cuff tear and also some injuries in both my knees. If need be, I would be happy to repeat this treatment again. My life and health has forever been enriched by this type of therapy and the professionalism of this institution. I followed my providers, post-op instructions as given, and I have had no issues, no pain and would recommend this type of therapy to others before surgery. This institution offers alternative therapy for various injures and it’s worth the time and money to research and look into. This is definitely a five star plus institution - My best, to the institution and to other patients willing to give it a try.

I am a 70 yr old female suffering from multiple pain issues in my lower back including bilateral sacroiliitis, spinal stenosis, and Imultilevel facetogenic pain. These issues have been very debilitating. I am a hiker and was not able to walk more that a few blocks without pain. I had tried multiple treatments including acupuncture, physical therapy and ozone injections with no substantial relief. I pursued a consult and treatment from both Drs Otono Silva and Balaji Sridhar. I received epidural steroid injections and later, PRP and prolotherapy injections to multiple sites. I received the most complete evaluation and treatment that I have ever received. I was able to receive prompt and timely feedback to my questions. Scheduling was easy. Both Doctors were available to answer all of my questions and even adjusted treatment protocols as needed on the same day as my injection. Although the process of recovery is long, I am experiencing substantial relief (about 80% improvement) and am now back to hiking. I would not hesitate to return for more treatment if needed. I would highlly recommend this group!

I would recommend Dr. Silva and his staff at the Bellevue clinic in Washington to anyone struggling with chronic pain. His skill set and extensive knowledge on the human body is truly amazing.
