Great place. Trainers are extremely professional and on top of everything. I love the welcoming environment from the other participants as well. Very healthy. I love the one on one coach.

I like the small size of the class because the trainers can really focus on individuals and making sure that we have the right form and posture when performing each exercise. The trainers are good but Carol is the best because she knows how/when to push/challenge me.

Alloy is absolutely amazing! I find myself keep coming back more and more. Carol, one of the coaches, is so inspirational. She makes me work hard, holds me accountable and most important cares greatly!

I never considered myself to be a group fitness guy, but after ankle surgery and 30 extra pounds, I was happy to find Alloy Training. They're very focused on a full-body strengthening workout, and are quick to correct bad form to avoid pesky injuries.

Joined this facility because I needed some strength building. I really like the small group focus where you have no more than six people. Very manageable for a trainer. All the trainers are great. They have always been very attentive to what I’m doing, constantly adjusting the workout as needed. Tons of different kinds of equipment, and the place is always very neat and clean. So far it’s been a great experience. I would highly recommend it to someone who would like to join a gym, which is not so crowded, or are not in a position to afford a personal trainer.
