Ask for Rita !!! She braids fast and she's always in time. Taking doen her braids is just as easy as her braiding. There's no knots and tangles in my hair. She cares for your edges too

Miss Bola was🙏🏽 polite and pleasant, her boutique is luxurious and clean. 😍 I was able to book my appointment at the last minute, I’m so appreciative of that. She took her time with the parting and with the braiding but with her blessed hands my box braids only took 5 hours! Ladies if you are looking for a talented braider/hairstylist, book Miss Bola! 💝

Had a terrible experience at this salon a couple of weeks ago. Bola - the owner was rude, condescending, unpleasant, and impatient. Had been coming here for months, but decided to stop due to the unprofessionalism. Decided to return due to an emergency (hair stylist cancelled at last minute). Bola was communicating with me from two different numbers before I arrived. This has always been a problem. I responded on one line letting her know I would be a little late. When I arrived she did not greet me or say anything. Just came in, plopped down on a chair, and said nothing to me. When I greeted her and asked if she got my messages about arriving late, she said I have heard nothing from you. When I showed her the messages I sent she just wanted to change the subject. No apology. Nothing. There was other drama, too, like going live on tik tok while braiding my hair without asking my consent. I look up and see half of my face on the camera. She says over and over your face is not showing. Was it really that hard to ask my permission first? I did appreciate her allowing me to leave the seat twice to run an errand and take work call (it was a very long appt). But boy the second time I got up spurred a lot of eye rolling, lip smacking, and hard breathing. The icing on the cake was that this service cost $200 more than what the lady who cancelled on me would have charged. Never returning again under any circumstances.

Great experience with Bola Braids so far. First time I went, I was able to secure a last minute 12pm appointment reserving only hours beforehand. They also provided all braiding hair and both synthetic and human options for my boho additions. Very straightforward and professional. Will definitely be booking more

Communication is horrible. Had an appointment and no one showed up nor answered the phone but had the audacity to message me to say, Making sure you'll be there in 1/2 hr. I was there. Where were you. WASTE OF TIME
