We were in escrow on a property in Hawaii under a strict signing deadline. As Californian residents we needed some urgent advisement on providing correct details regarding vesting and tenancy for our trust in Hawaii. I was given their details by the realtor and randomly contacted them via email. Response was immediate, they reviewed both the documents for title company and trust documents quickly due to our same day deadline for signing and provided further advisement on wording to be included by the title company.
