Larchmont Village Oral Surgery has an exceptional space. The staff was very professional. I was super nervous going into this procedure but seeing Dr. Peter Balacky accolades and professionalism in action eased my nerves. I did get the twilight anesthesia and didn't feel a thing the entire procedure. This was a big relief. Recovery went as expected and I didn't have any lingers pain or problems post surgery that wasn't anticipated. Can't recommend this facility any more! Thank you Larchmont Village Oral Surgery!

Dr. Balacky is a truly outstanding oral surgeon. He successfully extracted five of my wisdom teeth ( yes, FIVE) and made what could have been a difficult recovery feel completely manageable. I had my wisdom tooth removed exactly one week ago, and the healing process has been the smoothest and easiest I could ever imagine.Dr. Balacky is professional, friendly, and very informative. He made sure all my questions were answered, and even called me after the surgery to check in and see how I was feeling. I thought, Wow, how cool is that?!For anyone who feels nervous about wisdom teeth surgeries and the healing process, I want to mention that Dr. Balacky uses the PRF technique (which is very advanced).
