We live in Moorooka and had a plumbing issue, obviously!! It was a big one, blocked drains and sewerage going everywhere, it was stressful, to say the least, and it was of course on a Sunday and trying to get a plumber to come out and not have to take a second mortgage on the house was also an issue. We came across Adept plumbing, what a miracle. They were up front with costs and honest about what it was going to take to fix it. I was also really impressed with their communication on all levels. From Matt the boss to the plumber that came out and Andrea the office manager (hub of the business I would suggest)! job done! and they also contacted the BCC for me to come and clear the footpath pipes, I was so grateful for their assistance. We utilised Adept for a tricky and stressful leak situation at Eight Mile Plains, near Sunnybank / Robertson. We contacted Matt over the weekend and he was helpful and responsive over the phone, even FaceTiming to help us narrow down the source of the leak. Zac then came out on Monday and promptly and accurately located the leak with thermal imaging and a snake camera. It is worth noting previously another plumber had already came out and was not able to accurately locate the leak, so we’re very pleased with the work and won’t hesitate to use them again.

I called for urgent help as I had to turn the mains off as my I was unable to stop the water from turning off. Within 20min of making that call Max arrived and absolutely saved the day. Max was extremely professional on fixing the issue and explained in detail of how to rectify this issue myself in the future if needed. I highly recommend Adept Plumbing. I had a major leak on the afternoon before a public holiday and my usual plumber was unable to help. He suggested giving Adept a call. From the moment I called in to the completion of the job, everyone was very pleasant and professional. I want to give a shout out to Heath, he attended my home and was very respectful. He gave me a detailed quote before he started the work, and was very skilled in taking care of the problem, not just for a short term solution but thinking about how to maintain the plumbing.
