As a guy, I’ve never had much of a skincare routine, but after seeing Victoria that completely changed. She took the time to explain what I needed without making it feel overwhelming. I got the acne facial and it was incredible. The entire experience left my face feeling clean, clear, and noticeably brighter and more even. Victoria was warm, welcoming, and professional. She listened to my concerns, my current skincare routine (and lifestyle), and made great recommendations. The cooling jelly mask was actually really refreshing-and the massage basically put me to sleep. I added a couple new products to my routine to start slow, per her recommendation. Excited to try out the new routine and continue working with Victoria as I manage my acne.

From the moment I walked in, Victoria made me feel so welcomed. The space itself was incredibly cozy yet luxurious, from the scent in the room to the quality of the bed, linens, and overall atmosphere. She took such great care of me and is clearly so knowledgeable. She walked me through everything she was doing, explained what I might feel before each step, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time.She has such a gentle touch, and the massage, scalp massage, and hot oil treatment felt so luxurious. I genuinely could have stayed there for another five hours. On top of that, she took extra time to sit down with me and help create a skincare routine using products I already had, along with recommendations for new ones I was interested in purchasing from her.Overall, it was such an amazing experience and I truly can’t wait to book my next session.

pon entering, Victoria warmly welcomed me and led me to her treatment room, which was clean and well-appointed. The treatment bed was warm and cozy, and the dim lighting helped me relax. I opted for the Secret facial with microcurrent and gel mask add-ons, and it was truly exceptional. Victoria's expertise put me in such a state of relaxation that I fell asleep and even snored. LOL. I never feel like she is rushing, and I always feel that she is ready to give as much information about her services/products as I want/need. She doesn’t provide anything that she wouldn’t use for her own skin. I’ve been getting monthly facials for 2-3 years now and have acne prone, reactive skin. You guys, even after a full facial AND dermaplaning, my skin had NO redness other than extraction marks (I’m fair skinned on my face!). That’s never happened to me after a facial. I’m talking no lingering itch/burn or red cheeks! I was floored. It just goes to show that she’s really put heavy thought and intention into her services. Acne girls- put your faith in her! So ive gotten a couple of facials with Victoria a few times now and its just the best feeling! My skin always ends up so soft and looking amazing and hydrated for days. My main concern was fine line and texture and after coming out my skin looked so radiant and plump and felt incredibly smooth. I am the type to ask questions so i extra love that when i ask, victoria will explain the benefit of each thing and even her way of explaining things is soothing and relaxing. Facials are the best way for me to treat myself, its just an amazing experience, 10/10 would recommend, and Victoria is my only go to.
