I would give 6 stars if possible for Trident AC. I got two other quotes for a new system and Joey’s quote beat them all with added extras. Being a Veteran myself, supporting a veteran owned business was a no brainer.The work was done on time plus it looked better than the original system. The owner Joey, and his worker did a amazing job! My wife is sickly and when I called and explained the situation, he arrived immediately. He came the next day to install a new aircondioning unit. They were prompt, polite, hardworking, and a outstanding job! Joey came in after finishing and explained the new thermostat and answered any questions. I would highly recommend!!!! Eugene Messeck

Joey and Giovanni did superior work. Joey responded quickly to our service call and was able to get our condenser working again so we could get out of the heat. He informed us and we fully understood it was a temporary fix because the unit had a leak. Our system is 15 years old and looking and running rough. However, because we were also getting an estimate for a whole new system, he was willing to work with us to make the entire process from temporary fix to completion of a new install affordable.The estimate, labor included and with a few extras and upgrades, was 1/4th the cost of their competitors. Giovanni had the unit up and running the following day. The system looks beautiful. It runs so quietly and efficiently.Every experience we have had with Trident has been pleasant, professional, and fair priced. My 90 year old mother thought she was getting her air conditioners serviced by Tommy’s Air Conditioning which she and my late father had been using for years. Instead, a representative from Florida Comfort Air Conditioning showed up, took pictures and convinced her to sign a contract replacing both of her air conditioning units for $31,740.00. She also gave Florida Comfort a deposit of $1,000.00.I immediately told my mother to cancel it and contacted Florida Comfort Air Conditioning confirming that it was cancelled. They agreed to destroy the check. I contacted Trident Air Conditioning. Joey Boyle inspected and serviced both air conditioning units that same afternoon. He explained that they didn’t need replacing. He drained and cleaned both units. He added some coolant to one of the units as well. He charged less than $500.00. He's outstanding.

Terrific company, just came out and saved us again! Associate Lee was very knowledgeable and personable. Quickly diagnosed failed capacitator.and replaced it. Will continue to use and recommend Trident. Following pose made last year:Great company to do business with. Former Navy Seal, hence name Trident. You can count on prompt and excellent service, and for Joey to do what he says with courtesy and good humor and on time. Great installation and subsequent yearly service.

Trident air has installed a Rheem unit at my house, had many problems. Called many times to get an appointment, no answer. I do not recommend this company. It is a very bad company, shows no responsibility. Juergen Kroos, Englewood

They did a great job on the install, everything was beautiful on my new a/c unit. Five weeks later we have no air and they refused to warranty their work, refused our calls and left us without air. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our AC wouldn't turn on, so we called Trident. They worked us in on the same day. Joey ran around town at 4pm trying to find a fuse for us. He replaced it and found that the compress had blown. He gave us a quote, explained our options, and listened to our concerns. He said he would look up warranty on our unit and get a new compressor ordered for us as soon as he can on Monday morning. We thought that we would just have to deal with no AC until next week, but he had other plans. Around 6pm, his wife showed up with a portable room unit! My husband has lung problems and the heat complicates that. Thanks to Joey and his wife, my husband was able to sleep comfortably last night. Thank you for going above and beyond! We are truly thankful and feel blessed that they were put in our path.
