I worked with Dave for 12 weeks. Let's start with the positives. He was friendly, had a positive attitude, and patient. I also appreciated the flexibility of the workout schedule. Hannah was great too! Now, let's get to the negatives. Upon first meeting him, I was surprised to find out that he turned his garage into a gym. The website had pictures of him training clients in an actual gym. It was okay to workout in his garage, it just would have been nice to have the website accurately reflect that. Second, he was intrusive at times. For example, he was trying to figure out exactly where I worked. Why does it matter? Third, I noticed that he would change his mannerisms whever I showed up for a session. For example, he would greet me by saying "hey sista". Why can't you just call me by my name? Also, I never heard him greet any of the other women in that manner.I am not here to insult him, but rather I am making suggestions on how he can improve. So Dave, please be respectful of people's boundaries. If clients don't openly divulge the name of their job, there is no need for you to try and figure out where they work. Also, greet ALL clients by his/her name; there is no need to use slang. Hope this helps! Take care.
