Rowland Pest Control provided excellent service. I reached out to them on Sunday and they responded right away. There was a technician scheduled to come out for a free estimate. The prices are good and they provide many options.I highly recommend them.

I am surprised this company sent me a text to leave a review. I have had problems with pest control companies billing in the past, so when Rowland came to me about providing service I stated I would like them as long as I pay when they showed up for service. It was a problem from the beginning. I would write a check them begin receiving texts and emails daily about outstanding balances. Apparently there was charges that the tech didn't know when I paid him at time of service. I had to remind them constantly that I paid balance when service was completed. The "other fees" was why in insisted on this. Apparently they were comfortable with this arrangement because they just stopped coming. They had left some traps and have been at my house for months and decided to get them today. The truck was parked out in front of my house for at 20 minutes until I walked out and asked him if he was her to get traps or the overdue service. Do not use this company.
