Every time I have gone to Russ, he has been courteous and fair. He is upfront and honest and never tries to just get one over on his customers just for money. As a woman, taking your car somewhere without a man present can sometimes be stressful but I have always felt comfortable going into the shop. Russ is thorough and explains everything in detail on next steps or what was done. He also will let you know services that may be coming up but not needed right now, he doesn’t just try to add services when they aren’t needed yet, he is really an honest guy and runs the shop very well.
