Had a small but deep scratch on the door of my car. Insurance was covering it. Coming here was a mistake. If I wasn’t using insurance I would come here to save some money, but you have to be on top of them because the work is sloppy.They’re very professional and polite but they genuinely must be new at this.I take my car to car shows often and warned them I was meticulous about details. They said no worries we got you. They had the car a week or so and tell me the it’s ready. I show up and there is obvious runs in the clear coat and orange peel all over.To their credit they took the car back and fixed the issues. Except when it was ready the next time, there were more issues. I had to give them the car back three times, and at the end I was still left with clear coat overspray I had to clay bar off the car myself and buffing compound splattered around the car. They also didn’t put the ppf back like they said they would after removing it the third time I sent the car back to them.AND NOW THE PAINT IS PEELING ON THE DOOR EDGE! It’s been less than 6 months! Shameful honestly.

Vadim is truly the best. Took two cars that were in an accident in Vadim guided us through the process and had our backs the entire time. He’s a great communicator and went above and beyond in every way. I will never take my car to any other place. He even detailed our cars for free upon picking them up. I can’t recommend them enough!!! The owner was so nice and informative from start to finish. He got my Audi done very fast despite having issues with the insurance adjuster. I am so upset I can only could give 5 stars to KingCity Automotive. I’d give them 50 if I could. I got a brand new car and the next day, I ran into a pole in a parking garage. There were 2- 6 inch scratches that were deep and then another two small scratches. I was so extremely disappointed. I definitely wanted it fixed. I found Vadim and Kingcity Automotive on Google and called that afternoon and he told me to come in. He checked out the car and even had his painter come out to look at it. He gave me a fair estimate and said he could do it pretty quickly. I brought it in on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready by 6pm the next day. You couldn’t even tell the car was scratched. The pictures I posted dont do it justice. I’m hoping I never get into another accident again, but will use Vadim for PPF or ceramic coating! A huge thank you to the team at KingCity! You guys did an amazing job!!
