We had a great visit to Sharkey’s Kids Cuts. The themed chairs like the fun cars, Xbox stations, and tween lounge really helped make the experience comfortable and fun, especially for my nephew with sensory needs.

I spoke with the new owner and it’s great to see the positive changes happening under the new ownership! He is clearly putting effort into making improvements and creating a better experience. Looking forward to seeing all the great things to come and wishing the new owner continued success! Strongly recommend coming to this Sharkey's Cuts for Kids if you have kids.

Angie is the BEST! She does a full scissor cut on my son (4 years old) and the layers are always perfect and it grows in beautifully! She is patient and pleasant - always a smile!

We had a great experience at Sharkey’s! I brought my two daughters in for haircuts, and they were entertained while waiting, which made the time fly by. We also met the owners, who were very attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the service. They took the time to ensure both haircuts were exactly what we wanted. One of my daughters has bangs, and they paid extra attention to keeping their shape and length just right. Both girls left happy and we really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Kristina was amazing! My son is autistic/non verbal & she was so patient & talked to him the whole time. She was awesome at cutting his hair while he tried to avoid & push her away. I can’t thank her enough!

My daughter got her first haircut with Kristina and I was so happy with it. Also got a certificate, along with before and after pictures and a piece of her hair 🥹Kristina is such a sweet soul and my daughter was so calm through it all. In and out in about 15 mins 🥹🩷

Kristina is the best!!! We have a 6 year old nonverbal autistic son. He never let anyone close to his hair, until he met Kristina. She is quick, gentle, kind understanding and does the most cutest hair cuts. In the past our son struggled so much with haircuts and I never thought he would let anyone cut his hair. He now loves Kristina and has so much fun while she is cutting his hair.

I take both of my toddlers here and will absolutely NEVER go anywhere else. De Melinda is an absolute gem with them. If you have an autistic child or one with sensory issues, try to grab a weekday appointment. You're likely to be the only customer there and it makes a WORLD of difference in how my kids react to their haircuts.

We had such an amazing experience at this kids hair salon! The staff is incredibly patient, kind, and caring with children, and they truly know how to make kids feel comfortable and happy during the haircut. They do a wonderful job keeping the kids entertained, which makes the whole experience stress-free for parents too. The salon is clean, fun, and perfectly designed for children. My daughter especially loved the adorable princess area, such a cute touch for little ones who love princesses!Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the haircut turned out exactly how we wanted. You can really tell they love working with kids and have so much experience with them.I highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a fun, smooth, and positive haircut experience for their children. We will definitely be coming back!

Melinda made my toddler’s first haircut a wonderful experience! The office was fun, bright, and catered to kids. She listened to us about what kind of haircut we were hoping for and walked us through each step, and it turned out perfect! Will definitely be back and seeing her when it’s time for his next visit!

Melinda is the absolute best. She does such a good job with my toddler’s curly hair. He was very uncooperative the first time we went but she still got it done. The second time he was totally comfortable and had a great time. She knows how to make kids happy and just has an awesome energy. So glad we found her.
