I have been going here for about a year. I had a chiropractor before coming here and I would always leave in so much pain. Coming here I was initially scared to feel that pain again. Not ONCE have I ever been in pain after leaving. I had chronic back pain ever since I was a child that would leave me immobile at times. Headaches daily, frequent dizziness and pain when walking. ALL of that has gone away. I now get to live life pain free for the first time ever! No more headaches, dizzy spells or back pain. Dr. Ashley and the team are very compassionate and considerate . Doesn’t feel like a doctor clinic, but visiting friends . Dr. Ashley has genuine care for her clients and is super intentional with you. She was very understanding and flexible with me when I had an extremely rough season last summer. During my care I also had a car accident and she was gracious enough to help me recover quickly and make sure that I was okay . Dr. Ashley is the best and so is her team

Dr. Ashley has been a life-saver. Before visiting Palmercare I had run through multiple orthopedic visits, obtained expensive MRIs and scans and the only relief and treatment offered were periodic injections to temporarily mask my pain. It was mentally deflating and discouraging. After my first treatment with Dr. Ashley the pain began to subside. It was like a miracle had been worked. The plan laid out by Dr. Ashley was easy to understand and the therapy and training sessions with Cam were easy to follow and incorporate into my trips to the gym. Dr. Ashley and Cam have completely changed the trajectory of my life. Two months after my treatments I am completely pain-free and I have regained all of my range of motion in my lower back. How can I put this into words. Almost 2 years of excruciating pain when sitting is gone after 1 visit. In that 2 years there have been 2 ER visits for GI problems, 1 visit to a spine Dr for the pain and my primary Dr and both resulted in no change. I travel every week for work. I’m on flights each week and renting cars once I arrive then driving sometimes 3 hours to my destination. Believe me I have been suffering at times with 10 out of 10 pain when sitting. I thought this was just old age creeping up on me. I’m only 52. After my last ER visit I thought maybe I should see a chiropractor. 2 days later I was with an ANGEL on this earth who listened to me, assessed me and adjusted me. Later that day I was back on a 3 hour flight then a 3 hour drive. WITH NO PAIN!! 3 weeks later….NO PAIN. Ashley is truly a blessing. She knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Thank GOD I have great insurance and they approved about 55 visits. Whenever I am home I will be at her doorstep to continue my therapy. I would pay out of pocket if my insurance didn’t approve my visits. Ashley is worth a BILLION!!

Ashley, Cam, and Maddy make the perfect team. They are invested in your health and genuinely care about your well being. They went so far as to create an entire exercise program to implement into my current workout program. I’m 6’ 5” and 285 pounds but Dr Ashley is more than capable of adjusting my whole body.
