We have used Morgan family plumbing multiple times over past several years. Brandon always shows up eager to work and shares his knowledge and experience when explaining a job. We had him do plumbing on shower remodel, install water softener (remembered salt, when I didn’t) redid pluming after a bathroom remodel and set new toilet. Installed a dishwasher last month. He has been a life saver over the last three years. We trust Brandon. Wife is comfortable having him work, when I can’t be home.Highly recommend him and his business.

I moved into an older home and contacted Brandon to fix a variety of plumbing issues around the house. Every time, he was extremely communicative and transparent.He also was able to install a hot water heater for me with very little notice cause mine stopped working - weeks later, I noticed something off about the hot water. He instantly came to work on it, and after 4 hours of trying to figure out the issue, calling the manufacturer, he was able to determine that it was my gas line, completely unrelated to his work. He came at no charge and was willing to help at a moments notice. Definitely the only plumber I will contact!

This is truly a five-star, small local business that offers better communication and more personalized service than the big franchise plumbing companies. I feel like I got more than what I paid for by miles. Best value around!I found Morgan Valley Plumbing by picking a plumbing company off google at random after discovering an active leak. They were very responsive and I was lucky enough to have them out the same day, after hours, Because he was going to be in my area. Brandon and Ernesto had just completed a large project in Boise, Idaho, and still made time to stop by for my small project in Nampa, Idaho.They quickly assessed the problem and saved me big time on potential water damage repairs. Both were very friendly and informative. While in my crawl space, they pointed out other issues that didn’t even pertain to their work which saved me even more money and headaches down the road.

I had a toliet with a phantom flush. Brandon explained to me what needed to be replaced inside the toilet. That would have been an easy fix, less expensive, and something he said could do myself. That was the first call.The second call, I had decided that instead of repairing the toliet that I would have both toliets replaced.We talked about toliets, he took the time answering my questions, which I appreciated. Brandon was exceptionally good at what he does. I had a plumbing leak from broken cartridge by the tub spout and reached out to him on Saturday evening, he swung by first thing Sunday morning though he doesn’t work Sunday he came out to help fix the leak and explained what he did to fix the issue. I would 100% recommend Brandon for any of the plumbing related work, honest at what he does and very kind. Best around the valley!

We've called on Morgan Family Plumbing a few times and each time are so happy with the customer service and plumbing knowledge that Brandon brings to each call. We thought we were in need of a new toilet but Brandon soon found that it was actually an intermittent 11 year old issue that our child caused and he was quick to remedy the issue and save us hundreds. We most recently called him out for a hot water issue and he arrived promptly and ready to fix the problem. We will always call Morgan Family Plumbing for our plumbing needs!

I had a main valve start leaking when I went to replace my in house water filter. I tried to tighten the valve nut and it snapped. I turned off the water main to house and called Brandon.
