I am surprised by how wonderful the breakfast can be! It it really nice with such a good price that the breakfast is included. Definitely recommend for dog families. They very friendly with dogs

Our 4th stay. We come to sail at Bass SC which is a stone’s throw away. It’s Virginia and Ben’s warmth and kindness that we appreciate. For example, letting us check out late on this occasion. Breakfasts are very tasty with a wide choice.

My first trip to the Lake District, and I am right next to Bassenthwaite Lake. It was quiet, the air was fresh and lovely to come back to after a day out.

The owners are absolutely lovely. I needed to cancel a room as my father who was due to come broke his pelvis so a room had to be cancelled a couple of weeks before. I had booked direct, they could not have been more accommodating. There is a guest lounge which is nice to meet other residents. About a week before I arrived they sent a list of recommendations for restaurants which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Ouse Bridge House. The room was clean and comfortable a d there was also a common room downstairs where you could have a drink or read etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
