Reece was my artist of choice as he has done my previous pieces & his attention to details, great suggestions & incredible artwork is the best. Always so nice to see the team. Had my memorial piece done today of one of my horses who recently passed away. Cory was brilliant through the whole process! Created a beautiful piece, combining everything I wanted and I was treated with kindness and understanding in what I expected to be a difficult process to deal with. Highly recommended! Everyone I interacted with was amazing🥰

Had a really good experience at Wolves Den today with Hayley. She did such a great job and was super friendly and asked several times if I was comfortable. I’ll be honest and admit that I was a tiny bit hesitant to book with an apprentice but then I saw her work on Instagram and completely changed my mind and booked with her straight away. This place has really gone down hill. I'm pretty sure if ur got a mega migraine and throwing up its not a good idea to get tattooed right !! was so looking forward to my appointment today but had to council as I had a mega migraine and was throwing up badly. I had been trying to get an appointment for ages but they where just a stuff around wth messages. I was so happy to finally get in, shattered I had to council. I understand they would be upset ,but it couldn't be helped , I had a deposit of nearly $300 which I was going to use. I'm not rich so that's a decent amount of money to me. Anyways they decided to keep the money for being a no show even though I had messaged them. I'm so disappointed as I said I couldn't help being sick. I find this unethical and bloody discusting.! The manager obviously has no campsion and is money hungry. I wouldn't recommend ever leaving a deposit to this money hungry ,taking shop. ! 😡😤🤬

The first thing I noticed was how awesome the establishment looked. The lovely lady with beautiful long dreads greeted me and made me feel so welcome. My Daith piercing was over and done quickly with no worries.

Tried continuously for about 4 months to get in contact with them to organise a booking with an artist. After numerous bookings that I had with them over the phone that they never followed up on I got a booking, they took my deposit with no artist for me. I tried to get in contact with the manager Tia in regards of wanting a refund she refused all my calls and emails. The customer service here is the worst all they want is your money and there is no follow up. Not only that they booked me in with a set price of $340 then changed it to $1500!!!
