Had this rumbling noise New generation Honda Accord sport for a while and Honda could not fix it . Passing by called and spoke with Sam got me in right away and mechanic Mo could sense his expertise professional and well experienced . It took 1 hour diagnosed and fixed it. Very reasonable and handed over after testing . Thank You Sam and mechanic Mo for fixing and testing for a safe 1050 mile drive to Wisconsin . Highly recommend for genuine and honest ethics.

This is my go to place for so many years. The best most honest place in the area. Rico is the man, he has seen my boys grow up and break things on their cars lol I can work on my own stuff and they always give me the option to fix it myself. I send my mother here so that should tell you all you need to know. I can send my wife here by herself she is always treated with respect and never taken advantage of like other shops. They just serviced my mothers car and did an amazing job. Spark plugs, brakes, drive belt, tune up. She has had a noise in it for months, noise is gone! Crazy cheap for all that work. Thank you bedford auto, as a dad of 3 boys life is expensive so thank you, customer for life here! Im adding to my review, I had my wifes tahoe in to be worked on. Rico fixed a problem that 3 other shops could not figure out! This place is top notch! I send everyone I know here! I am adding to my review because they saved me again, I took my oldest sons Jetta to them, charged me half of what the dealership charges. I do not think there is anything they can not do. Fixed my middle boys A/C for half the price of anywhere else. I will get the young man's name who checked me out today, he deserves a raise!! GREAT GROUP OF MEN HERE! I TRUST NO ONE IN THE METROPLEX BESIDES BEDFORD AUTO! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! Im adding to my review again, they fixed my door handle which I broke. Somehow they fixed it and saved me a lot of money!

I can't say enough good things about Bedford Auto! I trust them with my mother! She dropped her car off this morning; we thought it had an oil leak or some type of leak. They called me 2 hours later to say everything was good; there are no leaks. So many auto repair shops would have taken advantage of the situation and made a quick buck off of her. Thank you, guys, I will keep sending everyone I know to your shop. You are a blessing to my family! Keep up the good work!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and let me tell you, they are INCREDIBLE. I just got my front shocks replaced and oh my god it feels like I'm driving a brand new car again. Great prices, great service, great people, and a great location. Middle of the road pricing but my wife won't let the cars go anywhere else. Service has always been fast and they are not pushy sales people. They honestly seem to be there to fix your car, not rip you off. Anything I can't do myself goes here.

My steering wheel had been shaking when I hit the breaks for a while and I figured it had to due with warped rotors. I went here to get a diagnostic check on my breaks. They checked it super quickly and immediately told me all I needed were my break pads and rotors replaced. No upselling, no extra stuff, and they gave me a far better price than anywhere else.They got it done in less than an hour and now my car is driving smooth. I would totally recommend this place cause they do appointments and great work in general. Super quick and a great price.
