Scheduling was a nightmare from start to finish. My appointment was confirmed, then suddenly rescheduled at the last minute without proper explanation. This was a fabulous experience. All staff friendly and knowledgeable. The project manager, Jackie, was super responsive every time we reached out and Mike helped us design the new fireplace and tell us where to pick out products. I would highly recommend this company. In a 3 month period of us doing an inspection , closing on the home, moving in and doing many renovations, Mike came by 3x to go over the work with us. The chimneys were the final part or our reno and there was no pressure from Mike at all. The job turned out to be a bit more difficult than anticipated , and Mike and Charlie did everything they could to compete the additional work , all while honoring the original quote! Jackie in the office was very helpful and responsive as well. The guys were very clean and respectful while on site. Highly recommend Central Jersey Chimney !
