They sent out a team within a few days of signing the agrement and all the team was top notch and wasted no time in completing the work to seal my basement. When I questioned one of the repairs they immediatley sent out Jesse. Jesse just completed the additonal work and was extremely easy to work with and was most accomodating to our babies nap scheudle. Out sump backed up and left 7 inches of standing water throughout 2,000 square foot basement. We needed help during a particularly busy time of year at our property, which I suspect would be a busier time for their business as well. We reached out for their assistance and they were there the same day within the hour to take care of our issues. They were not only timely but, professional and did an excellent job on a difficult and undesirable job needing done for us! Called them in the middle of our basement flooding. The owner showed up within the hour. My family and I were overwhelmed and on the verge of giving up. When he showed up he re-assured us everything would be alright and gave us a game plan. It was so nice having that reassurance and someone to tell us exactly what we needed to do. Although coming home to a basement flooded with water was not a pleasant experience, I was really glad that Branden with Service Team of Professionals was able to help. He responded very quickly to the service call and worked late into a Friday evening to get everything dried out and cleaned up. I appreciated that he was thorough in assessing the water damage, while also being conservative by only removing what was necessary (i.e., removing part of the wall instead of taking out the whole wall). Branden was also very conscientious, professional, and helpful in explaining the steps of his process.
