Luis was fantastic!!! He showed up and was super nice and kind. He let me know exactly what was going on. And I felt like he was in and out very quickly. The whole process was easy and carefree. Which I appreciated a lot because the reason I needed my glass to be replaced was very stressful. Speaking with the front desk and the team who helped locate the glass I needed for my windows as well as setting up my appointment, was incredibly professional. Overall experience was amazing. I usually would go to Safelite for my glass repair, but I couldn’t beat the price that Longhorn was offering!! Thank you!!

I had a rattling sound coming from the rear view mirror/ box attachment to windshield. Most of the windshield companies said if they didn’t attach the glass then they wouldn’t even consider looking at it. However, this company looked at it and as the box attachment had gotten loose, they fixed it for me. They were very professional and kind. If I ever need glass repair/ service, I am definitely coming back to them.

THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! Longhorn is the only glass company that was able to confirm the style, color, and other specs for our speciality window that was shattered a few months ago. Ashley was highly professional and expedited our requests to confirm the window specs, while Kevin came out to assess and measure for the replacement. When the replacement arrived, they were able to schedule us the same day, which was greatly appreciated. Kevin, Luis and Stan arrived within a few hours, and before the end of business our 2x9 ft custom window was replaced as if nothing happened. Highly recommend this company; start to finish they exceeded our expectations with communication, professional recommendations and timeline.

Using Longhorn Glass to replace a shattered back door was a great experience. Quote was reasonable for a piece of custom glass, installed on an older wood door. Technician Kevin came for the measure and install- very friendly and worked quickly. Kevin took extra steps to make sure there was no broken shards left behind- as he knew I had a dog and was looking out for the animals. Thank you Longhorn Glass!
