Omg Kish has changed my life. I had never done Pilates before so that’s why I went for one on one training.Kish is very knowledgeable and professional knows so much about pilates and in just one month I already have signs of being cut on my arms, legs, and core. Her prices are reasonable and worth it to me to get the one on one training.I cannot recommend her highly enough. I feel like I’ve made a new friend, and I’m in love with her dog crunchy. It was the best experience!I’m a Pilates instructor from Japan, and I was looking for a place on the Gold Coast where I could have a private Pilates session. Even though my booking request was last minute, she responded so quickly and kindly.I visited Krunch Pilates while on holiday with my kids. She is an excellent instructor. I felt so relaxed, and my core was on fire in the best way! It was such an amazing workout.Thank you for being so welcoming and for taking such great care of my kids as well. I really appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.I’ll definitely be back next time I’m on the Gold Coast!

Kish developed a specific plan for my Pilates Reformer sessions, which targeted my areas of weakness as a result of my neurological issue. Consequently, she was able to improve my core strength, balance, co-ordination and mobility, for which I am extremely grateful. She is an excellent instructor, communicator and motivator. I really enjoyed my twice weekly sessions with her and would recommend her highly for anyone considering this form of exercise. Thamk you, Kish!

Had a great time at Krunch Pilates! Kish is an excellent Pilates instructor; knowledgeable, patient, and very encouraging! Kish is one of best instructors you’ll find. As I entered my session with fear in my heart and tightness in my hamstrings we slowly navigated through ranges that I never knew I had. I am pleasantly surprised at how engaging Kish can make something that seems quite difficult thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely will be coming back.
