Vincent and Italian touch detailing was outstanding. They’re professional, communicative, respectful, established, and highly trustworthy. I was able to see some of the work they do. They work hard, efficiently, and pay super close attention to detail. Vincent was able to appreciate every feature of my trucks paint, and correct the defects. After our recent heavy rain, I discovered inches of standing water in the passenger-side footwell of my car. I was worried about mold and permanent damage. I can't say enough good things about Vincent at Italian Touch. He did an outstanding job. He pulled everything apart, thoroughly cleaned and dried the affected area, and when I got my car back, it looked like new!While my car was there, I also had the windows tinted, and they came out perfect.What really impressed me was Vincent's honesty and willingness to do the work that others wouldn't. Toyota recommended not removing the seat or inspecting under the carpet, suggesting that I simply have the carpet steam cleaned and dried. My gut told me that wasn't enough, so I called Italian Touch—and thankfully, I did! Vincent was genuine, easygoing, and took the time to do the job right. He even took a video to show me how much water was trapped under the carpet. There is no way that amount of water would have simply air-dried. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He literally saved my car from becoming a mold fest.So...100 gold stars for Vincent and Italian Touch! Even my husband was impressed—and that's not easy to do. I originally went in because of an emergency, but I'll definitely be going back for regular cleanings. Great work, excellent customer service, and someone I would recommend without hesitation!

Italian Touch was professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Vincent answered any questions and was able to accommodate last minute appointment changes. Price was reasonable and work excellent. I brought my black newly purchased ‘20 RC350 for a partial PPF and ceramic coating. I dropped it off at 9 AM and picked it up at 4PM the day after. Paint came out beautiful and the PPF barely noticeable. The warehouse where the work is done is clean and impressive. Would recommend to anyone.

Went here from a recommendation and got ppf on the full front end mirrors pillars and side skirts and I got full ceramic, tints on the sides and back and I can say for sure that this was the best experience I’ve had with ppf ceramic etc I would highly recommend coming to Italian touch detailing for any of your detailing needs.
