My husband and I had the best experience working with AJ to buy our home in Windsong Ranch in Prosper, TX! From our very first conversation, he was incredibly responsive — always available to answer questions, show us properties on short notice, and walk us through every step of the process. He truly made us feel like a priority. What really set him apart was his deep market knowledge, especially of the Windsong Ranch community. He gave us honest, sharp guidance on pricing and negotiation, which made a huge difference when it came time to make an offer. AJ went above and beyond at every turn, catching details we would have completely missed and fighting hard for our interests.Buying a home can be so stressful, but AJ made the entire process feel easy, even fun! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy in Prosper or the surrounding area.Thank you, AJ, for helping us find our dream home!We are truly grateful 🥹🙏🙆‍♀️!

If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely has your best interests at heart, I can’t recommend AJ enough. I am writing this review from the backyard of my new home and still can’t determine whether this is a dream or reality. My wife and I were moving all the way from New Jersey to Texas, which could have been an incredibly stressful process, but AJ made it feel surprisingly seamless. He was patient every step of the way, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and never once made us feel pressured to buy a house just to close a deal.In fact, he did the opposite. If a home wasn’t the right fit, he was honest about it and encouraged us to keep looking until we found the perfect one. That gave us so much confidence, especially buying from out of state.AJ constantly went above and beyond to accommodate us, whether it was scheduling around our travel, answering countless questions, doing virtual walkthroughs, or helping with all the little details that come with relocating across the country. He made us feel like we had someone truly in our corner. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, and a huge part of that is thanks to AJ. If I ever buy or sell another home, he’ll be my first call. Highly recommend!

Brooke was referred to us by a family member and was excellent through the whole house hunting and purchasing process. We were out of state buyers, and right off the bat, during our first phone call, Brooke walked us through the pros and cons of all the areas in Frisco, TX. She had great depth of knowledge and guided us based on what would best fit our needs. She efficiently planned a tour of around 15 homes for us during a quick house hunting trip which resulted in us finding a match. Brooke was very proactive in coordinating and shouldering the bulk of the work, especially when needed at the property, from the offer through closing, even when unexpected issues arose. We highly recommend Brooke for anyone looking for a realtor that prioritizes your needs and doesn’t shy away from carrying the bulk of the load through purchase.
