I highly recommend Custom Automotive. My 2014 F-150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost had coolant leaks from both turbos, which is a pretty major repair. I called around town, and Custom Automotive gave me the best price. They completed the work in a timely manner, especially considering how involved the job was.A few months later, the truck developed another coolant leak due to a faulty new part. I contacted Steve, and they got my truck back in right away. They stood behind their work and warrantied the parts and labor without giving me the runaround. My truck is back on the road and running great.Steve has always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It's hard to find a shop that offers fair pricing and actually stands behind its work when something goes wrong. I personally recommend Custom Automotive to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles back to them.Great service, fair prices, and they stand behind their work. I can't recommend Steve enough. My car's AC suddenly started blowing hot air right as temperatures were hitting 105 degrees, and I was extremely stressed. As a single mom, full-time employee, and full-time college student, the thought of a major repair bill was honestly overwhelming. I was preparing myself for a $300–$600 repair and worried about how I was going to make it work.A friend recommended I contact Steve, and I'm so glad I did. He took the time to look over my car, quickly found that the issue was simply a blown fuse, replaced it, and got my AC working perfectly again. To my surprise, he didn't charge me anything.What could have been a huge financial burden turned into a simple fix because of Steven's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help. Thank you Stephen for all your hard work! I took my Jeep in to him to get a re-gear done on my 2001 Wrangler. He completed my re-gear, which turned out to be one helluva job, and gave me a great deal. He installed a brand new rear track bar and did the rear axle seals and bearings as well after one of my seals blew out on a test drive after the installation (no fault of his own) and really took care of me and my Jeep. I highly recommend Custom Automotive for their quality work and dedication to customer service! Stephen is a stand up guy who is dedicated to his craft! I'd bring my Jeep back to his shop any day 👍🏻

My car was definitely a trial, but I am very grateful to Steve for his honesty, patience and perseverance. I would not have trusted anyone else to do the same, nor to the same level of quality.
