I didn’t even know these people. They were great to send me pics and communicate with me. She came home last Saturday. The trainers said she is a very stubborn dog, but oh so sweet! I agree! Well we can see so much improvement. She still has a way to go, but we are trying to continue with their training instructions. She also developed severe separation anxiety since I work from home and is always used to having me around that I couldn’t even leave the house because she would cry like crazy. Mia also would be an absolute nightmare to walk pulling on the leash like crazy, she now walks behind me without pulling in just 1 month! The pooch pros completely changed her temperament and confidence. I see a completely new dog & this is my first day back with her. In just one month they were able to kennel train her, have her interacting completely safely with other animals & children, learn commands, such as wait, place (to go in crate), sit, back, lay down. Etc. She is way more relaxed and is not getting easily distracted as she did prior to her training. Mia was incredibly stubborn & I had pretty much given up all hope she would be able to go to public parks/interact with other animals & children. The pooch pros use a very loving and humane strategy (positive reinforcement) to train their animals and treat them as if they are family. This was very important to me when I did my research because majority of trainers use E-collars which can cause fear and aggression in your animal and just amplify problems. I adopted my first mix pit bull baby April 14th, 2020. The car ride home he cuddled on my lap but when I picked him up to go inside after using the potty, he growled. I knew then that he was going to be a big problem. Torn clothing, chewed baseboards and walls, to ripped siding outside that led to a hole in the wall ($1,500 repair). I had tried everything, YouTube videos for training, a toy box subscription to alleviate boredom and constant tug of war games until shoulder surgery. Then I found out I would be moving to another location this November and I was really thinking about re-homing him. A last minute Google search landed me onto The Pooch Pro’s. I immediately called their number and spoke to Mrs. Angela about the issues that I was having with my puppy. He was aggressive, would only listen to my husband, played too ruff with my second mix pit bull, too difficult to walk and destructive. On 12 September 2021, I got to see with my own eyes that he is a changed PUPPY!! Mr. George & Mrs. Angela have done wonders with the most stubborn dog I have ever had. I can walk him without being dragged and tell him what to do AND HE ACTUALLY LISTENS! If you are looking for dog trainers, please give them a call. They do not use shock-collars and WILL produce results!! They even introduced my pup to the lake for the first time. They have exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to get my second mix pit bull Saeko back, she with them now!! Money well spent on my end, and money well earned for Mr. George & Mrs. Angelo. My dog has been very hyperactive and difficult to manage, and in just a couple of hours with some great redirection and activity, we had a very different dog. Couldn't be happier with their method of calm and the consistent redirection for the behaviors we didnt want from him. 10 out of 10 here, cant wait for the next session.... More
