I hit the jackpot when i found Gerri! She was referred to me by a realtor. It took her a very short time to find the rental property for me and it was exactly what I was looking. It's in the perfect location, has the perfect amount of space, any the rent is exactly within the budget that I asked for. This is my second year renting my duplex and I have had only a few minor maintenance issues. My issues were promptly addressed and I was never inconvenienced. Gerri is efficient and responsive. Ms. Gerri is phenomenal at what she does!! Ms. Gerri listens and understands the needs of the people she works with on any level. I was in a bind a year ago and a friend put in me in contact with her. She was flexible, available and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Explained and gave her point of view when I was not sure. She gets things done and if she cannot she has many resources to help you get things done. She is AMAZING!!
