I cannot say enough about Tamela at Exhale Spa. She is absolutely incredible. I’ve had two deep tissue massages, one relaxation massage, and a body polish. I have been beyond happy with every treatment. If you have knots like I do, you MUST visit Tamela for a deep tissue massage. Her relaxation massage is glorious…I fell asleep! WOW...I just had my first body polish and massage with Tamela at Exhale Spa and I am very happy (and relaxed :). This is a private spa devoted to body work (massage, stretching) and where you can get a true full body polish (dry brushing first and then scrub). Tamela's body work is skillful and focused/tailored to the client (Tamela listened to what I wanted AND also "read" my body as she worked on it), so that I quickly felt relaxed as if she'd been my massage therapist for years instead of this being the first time she worked on me. And the location is gorgeous: tucked into a quiet corner of Duke Street Commons, Exhale Spa has a beautifully decorated waiting area, peaceful tasteful music on the sound system, 2 treatment rooms & sparkling clean restroom.
