Courteous service. Pricing is very clearly explained. Pickup and delivery was very prompt. Very clear communication. The cleaning service was very good. My silk oriental rug feels very clean and the colour looks a lot brighter after the service is done. Pricing is reasonable.

Very good at communicating when the cleaning would be done. Royal Interior Carpet rep was punctual, called ahead to say he was coming and did a fantastic job both with the rug and the upholstery cleaning. Very thorough. Highly recommended.
