It had to be replaced. In less than a business day Ali got this done for me. He even pulled up my carpet himself, sprayed neutralize to the smell, and hauled the dirty stuff away.The man is true to his word and a guy you can trust. The people he works with are top notch.My new carpet is beautiful and we are extremely happy.I plan on doing business again with him for concrete treatment and my garage floor. I have used CCF Restoration twice now for two different projects. The project that stands out the most was the second one. I am a real estate agent and I had a house under contract to be sold in August of 2025. When the huge floods came through the area, the homeowners were left with a wet basement that needed to be cleaned up prior to our closing scheduled for about a week away. Every restoration company I called was booked for months out and not accepting new clients, that’s when I remembered to reach out to Ali. Although he was slammed busy already, he came out and completed this job for us in a huge time crunch and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was in good, clean, and sellable condition for my clients and for the future buyers. He made me and himself look like rockstars to all parties involved!
