I've driven almost 2 hours for all my appointments because Dr. Vaughn came highly recommended by my TMJ specialist in the Milwaukee area. The staff have all been extremely nice and friendly. Dr. Vaughn is extremely nice and caring. I appreciate how he educates his patients on their diagnosis and treatment options, involving them in the decision-making. Highly recommend.

I used to have chronic sinusitis that resulted in 3-4 sinus infections per year. Since my sinus surgery here, I haven’t had a single infection. For the 1st time in decades, I know what it feels like to breathe like a normal person. It was truly life changing. And the staff, doctors, everyone here are probably some of the best you’ll meet in the industry. I still go here for my Botox pain management shots which have also been so incredible in relieving pain from my TMJ, etc. HIGHLY recommend this location. And, if you’ve been debating if you want to get a sinus surgery when recommended by doctors, GET IT HERE! You will not regret it.

Dr Vaughn is one of the rare doctors in today's world. Dr Vaughn actually showed care towards my chronic nasal obstructions and sleep apnea. Dr Vaughn went above and beyond in helping to come up with a comprehensive plan to effectively treat my chronic conditions that plagued me for years. Dr Vaughn went above and beyond to combat what insurance denied and he performed wonderfully executed surgical procedures to effectively fix my breathing issues. Dr Vaughn did more than doctor's in today's age, who would stop providing treatment when insurance companies fight against an individual's needs. I strongly recommend Dr Vaughn to anyone seeking a skilled, caring, knowledgeable doctor, who is relatable and actually cares about their patient's wellbeing!

I had a septoplasty with Dr. Ksiazek at Exhale Sinus in Schaumburg and couldn't be happier with the results. From the first consultation, he took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my septum and what the surgery would involve — no rushing, no pressure. The procedure itself went smoothly and recovery was easier than I expected. For the first time in years I can actually breathe through my nose. I have always found that there are 2 most important parts of a doctors office. 1. The front desk customer service and 2. a doctor you can talk to who actually listens. You will find BOTH here. Immediately when you walk in, you’re greeted with 2 people who made me feel welcomed. Cristina and Alicia both worked together perfectly and with big smiles helped me through my many questions. Cristina made my check in effortless. Dr. Ksiazek.. took very good care of me. No question went un-answered and took his time and did not rush me through any process. 10/10

An amazing practice. I’ve had some facial trauma and finding out that I don’t need to live in this discomfort, that I’ve gotten accustomed to, is pretty cool. From their support staff, to imaging to their clinical folks, everyone knows how to put the patient first. That shouldn’t be rare, but it is and they’re doing it right.

The staff is professional and personable. You are treated as a person and not a number. I would highly recommend Dr Ksiazek.Dr. Ksiazek is an excellent doctor. He listens to his patients, spends as much time as necessary in answering their questions and provides details on his plan of treatment.This clinic is not one of the major medical clinics where you have to wait 2-3 months for an appointments. Believe the most I have waited was 1-2 weeks.Highly recommend.

I just had my deviated septum fixed yesterday from Dr. K. I throughly enjoyed my experience from pre-op to surgery day of. Everyone takes the treatment seriously and professionally, while having superb bedside manners. even a day after, I can tell this surgery was very needed. I had a visit yesterday regarding the terrible headaches I’ve been experiencing as well as for treatment on tmj disorder. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then I saw Nicole who was absolutely amazing in making me feel seen and heard with what has been going on with me. She asked me lots of questions, walked through what she was doing, and sat right next to me to explain my results to me and what we can do to fix it. I felt like my issues were actually seen by someone and not dismissed! Unfortunately my insurance is not accepted which is the only downside for me.. I haven’t been able to find anyone that accepts my insurance but my pain has been awful, I decided to just go in and pay out of pocket. Worth it! i loved the in depth exams that were done especially being able to look at my nose through the camera. It helped me understand more of what’s been contributing to my headaches. Nicole was very knowledgeable and definitely cares for your health! I def recommend
