Zack's Sports is a great company to do business with. I've taken one of their classroom trainings. Very well organized very informative as well as hands-on use of less lethal options. From the first time I walked in the store I felt welcomed. Their staff is very well trained and can answer every question you can imagine. Incredibly helpful. Everyone in the shop is friendly and they all had a cheerful disposition. I had a lot of stupid questions and they answered everything respectfully and articulated it to where I was able to understand. They know the laws and regulations and what I could and couldn't do. I recommend this gun shop. 10/10 I'm buying from here again.

I was considering a Byrna launcher and went to Zack’s to learn more about them. The men who waited on me were thorough, professional and very patient. They spent at least an hour with me and when done I was an educated owner of a Byrna LE. I also traded in a few guns and was treated very fairly in that regard. Highly recommend Zack’s and will be back for sure.
