I don’t ever leave a review, but my experience has been less than great. I bought 12 sessions for the ultra slim machine. I went three times and the camera never worked. I called to get a refund as I’m moving and we never could get the photos to work so I could track progress (also no measurements taken even though I said we could do that in stead- just something to track), turns out in the contract I wish I’d read- that is not refundable. $3,000 down the drain, great. I’ve called and texted to try and cram and accommodate as many sessions as possible so I could use my bought sessions, and have not received any return correspondence other than give me a call and we can get you scheduled- which I did. Several times. It’s super frustrating and quite frankly bad business.As for the machine itself- it really does help detox- I cannot speak to the weight loss as I wasn’t able to go in the time I bought vs now as consistently as I would have hoped. But the scheduling and follow up have been what is most frustrating in my experience.Edit: I did send a few texts which I have sent to you again. I stated I was made aware of how to use the credit, that was not the issue. The issue is I did not get any return texts.
