Jeff and Dan came to remove a large wooden shed deep in my back yard that had been partially crushed by a fallen tree. They were amazing. They had the right equipment, were very careful to take out the contents and sort them for us to take anything we wished to keep and then removed the shed and all of the remaining contents. They cleaned up the site even raking it for small debris and picking up the last pieces in garbage bags. We had a bit of excess contents and they even worked with us for a very fair cost increase to take away a few extra things we wanted to dispose of. I will use them again and asked for some of their cards to pass them out as recommendations to my friends. Plus they are just good hard working guys.

I had a family emergency and had to rush from Tennessee to McHenry County IL to help care for my elderly parents. It became necessary to clear out some of their 47 yrs of accumulation in the garage, to make room for new ADA accessible stairs. I had limited time to work but Jeff came within an hour and showed great compassion, helping to load his trailer and haul away the things we had to move. The price was VERY reasonable. Jeff seems like a stand up guy, working for a solid company. We plan to use him again in the spring to help clear out the house when mom and dad transfer to assisted living. It's a tough time for our family and it meant a lot to know there are good people out there to help us.

It is a very, very rare occasion where a contractor or service delivers above and beyond expectations these days. That is if you can even get anyone to respond and quote. My experience with Mobility Disposal right here in Crystal Lake has proven to be one of those rare occasions. They were fast to respond to my online query. They treated my little job like it mattered. They worked with my schedule and were able to squeeze me in a few days later. They were professional, safe, fast and left a spotless jobsite when done. The price was very competitive and fair for demolition and takeaway. More specifically, I needed to remove some decking stairs that were too steep and no longer needed. There were 15 steps and rails to a second story deck, so it was more than I could bundle and leave at the street. I started looking into dumpsters, but this was only going to be 4-5 cubic yards when all said and done. Well, if you have been down this rabbit hole, then you know that most drop-off dumpsters are a minimum of 10 cubic yards and then they take up a huge portion of your drive or wherever the drop spot off of truck is. They are also $400-$500 for a couple of days. Mobility Disposal took care of the demolition and removal of all materials, quickly, efficiently, safely and cost effectively. I would highly recommend this locally owned business for any demolition and haul-away projects (sheds, decks, garages, etc.) or for general clean-out, spring cleaning haul away, purging, etc. They will save you time, money, frustration, and sore muscles.
