I watched their Medicare 101 video, then reviewed the Matt Mitchell book “64+ Your Ultimate Guide to Medicare” and after a good understanding of everything, I looked up Midwest Medigap in the BBB and also read their reviews online. Finally, I scheduled an appointment and worked with Robert Lacy. He was great, answered all my questions and explained the umbrella packages and I’m all setup to start in Jan 2027! I spent so much time with Robert that I now consider him a friend who cares about my future healthcare needs and has patiently worked through all my questions and concerns.
