Irelande was exceedingly professional. Very prompt with scheduling. Paid attention to the instructions for parking and building regulations. Once here, her bag produced all materials. Every section was separate, flagged, and organized. She provided a pen and a surface for signing. She reviewed each page and caught places where I had missed something. She was polite, professional, and highly efficient. The entire house closing sale documents took less than a half hour from door to door.
