He then introduced us to an architect who we subsequently employed. FOH is exceptional - honestly we have been so impressed by Mat and his crew from beginning to end. He asked us to trust the process and it admittedly took a while for us to relax into it (as much as is possible when living in a bit of a building site!) but he more than proved himself...with good, clear, concise communication, swift resolution of any arising issues, really impressive building work and a very reasonable fair price too. They completed a loft extension with en-suite, new doors throughout, knocking through two rooms on the ground floor and making the bathroom larger by moving the wall into our back bedroom. Matt was a true profession from start to finish who fully understood our brief but also came up with various other options which we were truly appreciative of. I used Force One Homes for turning my old 2 bed bungalow into a 4 bed beach house. FOH were the most competitive in the tender process & had been recommended to me following a neighbour's build. It was a big project & I was extremely nervous but Mat's courteous & attentive manor soon put me at ease. FOH demolished an old conservatory and built a 9mx5m extenstion to create an open plan kitchen/living area and seperate utility room. The finish was excellent and we pretty much live in the new space now! We used Matt and his team at Force one to do a significant amount of work; remove a disused pool, replace with a 30sqm garden room with shower, and composite decking surround. They then turned the kitchen & lounge into an open plan living area with bifolds out to a deck area. I found Matt and his team to be reliable and hard working, they arrived when expected and cracked on. It did take a bit longer than hoped and there were a few unexpected bumps in the road but both to be expected with builds like this and any issues were quickly resolved with Matt’s can do attitude. He has ensured we are happy at the end and any snags sorted. If you need building work done then look no further!
