Dave really knows Kick Boxing...he teaches the fundamentals and works with everyone individually during a group session....Dave is encouraging as well....highly recommend Kick Boxing for all ages...I'm 72 and go at a pace that works for me.

Elite MMA Baytown is a fun and exciting place to be! My 4yo just enrolled and he loves going to class! All of the coaches are great and super likable!

Great place for kids and parents. The Coaches are great teachers. My kids love coming here and are learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/ self defense and discipline. My wife and I are doing kickboxing. Definitely a great workout and learning new skills.

My son started about 2 weeks ago and he absolutely loves it! Each day he asks if we can go to Jiu-Jitsu and it's awesome that you have the freedom to go up to 4 times a week. I love how in order to get the first belt, the kids have to do 10 respectful things. even after he filled out his 10, he still acknowledges the respectful things he does. My husband and I can't wait to see how he grows in the group!
