I was apprehensive about starting my fitness journey. Ricky couldn’t have been more reassuring and friendly. The other members are all really supportive and encouraging and importantly they are all also really Friendly. This is a really welcoming gym to go to.I am so glad that I joined RS fitness and I recommend Ricky as a great instructor and coach. He is supportive and makes you feel relaxed when you are leaning and talks you through everything that you need to do know. Definitely a great decision for me.

A gym packed full of all sorts of equipment, particularly geared towards Hyrox training, but certainly not exclusively. Great audio visual displays for showing workouts and timings. Ricky is a great trainer, and is happy to mix it up so no two workouts are the same🥵🥵

I joined RS Fitness in January this year, i absolutely love it. The coaching is top-tier, the sessions are intense but well-structured, and the community is super friendly and motivating. Whether you’re training for competition or just want to get fit, this place delivers every time. I just completed my 1st Hyrox with a big thanks to Ricky for believing in me, cant wait to get back to training next week 💪

I completed the 8-class Hyrox trial and it was such a great experience. The sessions really helped me learn and refine the techniques properly, which made a huge difference to my confidence and performance. The atmosphere was welcoming, motivating, and supportive from the start. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their Hyrox skills in a positive environment.

I joined this gym as a nervous beginner to weight training. From day one, Ricky and David have been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. They take the time to explain everything properly and make sure you feel confident with the movements, which makes such a difference when you’re just starting out. The classes are well organised and structured. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, genuine support to help you improve at your own pace. I can’t recommend this gym enough :)

I joined RS Fitness in the new year, I had some experience with fitness, but I have never had the motivation or knowledge to build myself a structured plan. Since joining, I have found a plan that works for me and allows me to train hard. The gym is such an inclusive place and the coaches and everyone that trains feels like a big family. There is no judgement and help is always supplied, I have improved so much since joining and it has made me so much more excited for Hyrox.

I love going to the gym, it makes me feel good and has increased my confidence. The concept is different from a normal gym and that’s what attracted me in the first place. Ricky is a great trainer, he’s passionate, motivational and approachable. There’s a good crowd of people who attend the different classes. I always feel very comfortable when I go, we are all ages, shapes and sizes.

Joined RS Fitness in January having been ad hoc with exercise over the last few years and wanting to make fitness a priority in my life again. My experience has been fantastic - everyone has been so welcoming, the small classes mean that I have been challenged way beyond what I would have done myself, but safely, and with really good hints and tips along the way. Ricky has provided a comprehensive kickstart plan, including body scanning, nutrition advice and a workshop on goal-setting, all of which have resulted in me seeing results even after four weeks - in strength, stamina and body shape. Ricky and David are great coaches who are attentive and provide individualised advice in a group environment. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to embark on a fitness journey, but especially those who might feel daunted by a regular council.

I joined Rs fitness a few months ago to prep for my first hyrox in March. Since joining the gym I have got so much fitter and stronger. The hyrox classes are always buzzing, great intensity, clear guidance and something I feel can’t be replicated in a standard gym. Ricky is a great role model for fitness, helping improve techniques and giving confidence you can achieve a goal if you work hard.

The staff are brilliantly supportive in regards to each members individual abilities. As a senior member, I joined the gym with the mindset of " no way will I enjoy this" however I was investing in my own well-being and wanted to give it a try.Embarrassed to get into gym gear I thought , I need this as I don't want to lose my mobility my health and my freedom to continue doing what I love. For once I invested in myself and not material goods. Now almost one year later I find I love the gym staff and the interaction with other clients all doing our own things, at our own level of pace.I now feel fitter and I am comfortable being part of a group of people from all walks of life. RS Fitness have given me back my everything.

Ricky is am amazing PT. I didn't enjoy gym classes and going to my local gym. Ricky offers a completely different experience, the gym has amazing equipment and a really supportive community. Ricky really cares about the people he works with and trains and genuinely want to see you do well and succeed. I love my classes, so much variety, and the community Ricky has created. Would absolutely recommend Ricky and RS fitness. My fitness has improved massively in 3 months
