Our child loves Mini Me Mindfulness! They always ask to go to the sessions and prefer them to other holiday clubs. I believe the content is really vital for learning emotional literacy and good values, whilst also being delivered in a fun way. Highly recommend.

Kate from Minime Mindfulness has recently started delivering her programme at the nursery my three-year-old attends, and it has already made such a positive impact. My child absolutely loves her sessions and talks about them often. The activities fit beautifully with the nursery’s nurturing approach to early years, supporting calmness, confidence, and emotional awareness.
