During the holidays we discovered mold in the corner of a seldom used upstairs linen closet with now faulty window. I've had other providers out over the past 20 years. I tried 2 major damage and restoration service providers and didn't get a call back. Called Sawtooth and immediately had their team out to assess, mitigate and ultimately restore the closet. The team was fantastic, clean and efficient. We also had an identical window on the ground floor that we wanted replaced and were able to have it address in addition to our insurance claim work.Highly recommend over any bigger national franchised service provider. I had a flood in my crawlspace from a hot water supply line that burst. Sawtooth Water Restoration came out within an hour. From there, they called in plumbers, and some others with equipment to start the water removal. There was a whole crew at my house within a couple of hours. The work started right away. They took care of everything from working with my insurance company, replacing floors that were damaged, painting, and remediating mold. The process was seamless and very timely! The sub contractors were very skilled and great to work with! Devin, Greg, Christian and their whole crew were very personable, professional and responsive. Exceptional, customer focused experience. Devin and his team at Sawtooth Restoration made a very difficult situation manageable and I am super grateful. After what I perceived to be a small leak in my washer hose turned out to be a major problem with water soaking my kitchen, great room, guest bath, hallway, laundry room and crawl space, I needed help. Luckily for me, I called Sawtooth Restoration. Devin managed everything flawlessly, including working out details with my insurance company. In the process of the claim, I ended up adding LVP flooring and was able to benefit from the company’s dual capacity to handle both restoration emergencies and remodels. Everyone Devin lined up to help from the plumber to the floor installer did an excellent job. Maintenance Supervisor for Brighton Christian and Devin with Sawtooth Restoration are nothing but amazing. Called Christian for a sink flood, was out here within the hour. Most places cant do that. He had fans and dehumidifiers on the ground within 10 15 minutes of accessing the situation. Provided numbers and a timeline to my tenants. Coming back daily to get numbers and pull flooring as needed. Also kept the tenant informed everyday. Job was finished today with flooring and baseboards going in today and if if wasnt for the product having to be on a shipment it could have been completed last week. This incident from call to mitigation to repair. Just a day over 2 weeks. Finished. Absolutely amazing job. Best restoration company I have worked with ever. Give them a call. They wont let you down. We called a 1-800 number after having a water leak and they forwarded us to this company and man were we lucky! Devin got there within 30-40 minutes, took some infrared pictures and told us exactly what was happening. He advised us since we were still under warranty to put in a claim with them and call the hvac number on the unit. He said he can fix it but it will put us out of warranty so he didn’t touch a thing. He also said to call him if we needed him. He could have taken advantage, did the work and charged us but he was a blessing for us when we did not known what to do. Within a very short time, Devin and his team were at our house investigating what the cause of the water damage on our ceiling was and how to stop it. Great, awesome, professional... We so appreciate the amazing service we received from Devin and his team, Christian and Ashley HVAC! We were on our first day of Vacation and received a call from our dog sitter that the house did not have any water. With stress of being so far away from home, Devin and his team were fast to respond on a Sat. morning. By Sunday they had pumped out 18 inches of water in the crawl space and our water turned back on. I felt at ease with Devin and his team being in our house and dealing with our dogs when we were not home. Devin was in consent communication with us during the whole process.
